So I decided that when I pass NY and NJ bar exams, I am going to waive into DC. It’s so easy. I checked the DC bar website and the requirements are lower than to be admitted in NY.

yup a 133 scaled score and youre golden. the only sucky part is the $650 fee and the 6-9 month waiting period.
