Another personal best! I am so proud. So I ran/walked 2.27 miles today in 43:15 minutes. I burned 320 calories and 100 in fat. I increased my speed again, I was running between 3.5-4.5 MPH and walking 3-3.5 MPH. I am so addicted to my treadmill. I told fh I actually love the feeling of the fat on me jiggling, mainly because I know it will be going away.
