Ok so I did some research and decided to order hoodia. It’s a supplement derived from a cactus plant in Africa. It is used by these nomadic hunters or something to curb appetite. So since I don’t eat crap, just too much stuff over the course of the day, I think this will help, then when the supply runs out in a month or two, my stomach will have shrunk and I won’t be able to eat too much. Or at least I will have gotten use to eating less from a routine stand point. I hope this will help with the over eating and cause some weight loss. I want to lose a maximum of 20 pounds. I can kiss the 120s goodbye. I could deal with 130 or 135. We shall see if it happens and how long it takes. I have done 2 of my 3 workouts for the week.
